Quit smoking a year ago..gained 40 lbs..because even dirt tastes good now..two days ago decided if I could beat cigarettes after smoking for 55 years I could beat my eating problem so cleaned out cabinets and freezer and gave away 7 kitchen sized garbage bags of food not on a low carb high protein diet plan..checked online for support group..and exercise moves possible for 70 year old 270 lb fat lady with bad back..copd and limited mobility and was very surprised to find many!Hope to find many like minded ladies here for support..I have no one..just two big dogs who looked VERY sad as all that food went out the door..LOL!
