The most important in my opinion is to simply eat less and healthier.:carrot:

Sugar and fast foods - these are the most important things to get rid of if you even want to think about losing weight.

As a chronic and have tried everything dieter, I think the most important thing is to find what works for you and stick to that CONSISTENTLY. I dare say consistency is the key piece. For me, drinking water is a must for a long time i thought diet drinks counted towards water, but I was wrong, they just left me craving more and more sweets. The second thing is having a plan for every meal. I don't have to stick to it, but there's a tentative plan. This way i'm not scrambling to find something to eat when Im super tired and hungry, which usually leads to a binge at mcdonalds. The third thing is prioritizing exercise and working it in every day, no matter what. And finally, figuring out how to live with the foods you love. Eating them and enjoying them without binge eating all of them. It's possible but it takes lots of hard work!

A few years ago, I discovered that benefit of walking. I know, I know. It sounds like a tired old tip. But listen.

I came to work for a mall, and found myself having to walk about the mall - practically all day! I would go home with my feet literally throbbing! I quit after a few months. But only later realized that, without meaning to, without making an effort at that time, I had lost most of my protruding belly, and gained some muscled on my legs. Imagine that. I shouldn't have quit! Haha!

But seriously, my point it that walking really helps. So let's not take that for granted. :)

Switch to wholegrain food and just eat less.

From my experience 70% of weight loss is due to making fundamental dietary changes and 30% comes from exercise.
