Best suggestions I could give is exercising and perhaps using coconut oil or something on your skin. Some suggest making sure that you get enough vitamin C and A for optimal Collagen production. Exercising will help to tighten the skin. Here are some suggestions I found online. Might help. (Although I would not try the product some in the "comments" area were saying they tried. I never trust those things unless I know people do not have a self interest in talking up a product).

When I was younger my skin did become tight(ish) again. I had fairly good skin. Now that I am past menopause, the elastin in the skin is shot. So my skin will no longer recover. BUT I have made peace with it. Sometimes we do the best we can. And then make peace with what we cannot change. Again, congrats on the weight loss.
