Depo Provera Users
 

I've been taking the depo provera shot for 3 years or so. I was 90 pounds at 16 years old when I started it. Today I'm 19 years old and 150 pounds. I've been told just to get off the shot and I'll lose the weight easier, but I'm Taking it because I have ovarian cysts that hurt like **** if I'm not on the shot... I don't want to hurt but i'd like to lose at least 30 pounds and be a little more normal weight wise for my height... what are some ways to lose the weight? What works best? Please help!
