I don't know how to insert an image but my question is, I don't know if I'm fat or bloated
....
I'm ver 'round '. And it's below the belly button? Best way to loose this?

Has this been your shape for quite some time, or did it come on more suddenly (over the past week)? If the it's the latter, it's probably bloating. If it's the former, it's probably excess weight. If it's a really odd bloat for you that doesn't make sense with your usual body shape, I would see your GP about it since that can be related to illness.

If you just signed up for the site I don't think you can attach an image yet (though I could be wrong). It might help if you tell us your height and weight - that way we can help you determine if you're overweight or not, which you seem to be unsure about.
