On weight watchers and gaining weight
 

Hello everyone! I've been on WW since January and been losing pounds. I've had some gains here and there but overall losing and I'm close to my goal now! (About 8 pounds shy from it) anyways 2 weeks ago I went to my weigh in and lost 4 pounds, last week I go and I regained weight (14 Oz) but didn't worry much since it was my period week and weight is always weird during that week. But this week I've been weighing myself and I see the scale going up and I'm sticking to my program and my physical activity. Has anyone else had has had this happening ? Help!!!
