Humidity --> Bloating?

  • I am used to A/C. I am not in A/C and it is freaking hot. I have been sweating for 3 weeks straight

    I have also been eating (average) 1400 cals/ day. And I've been exercising! Everyday! For at least 500 cals/ 2 hours of walking!

    I am the same weight! Grr...

    Does the heat/ humidity make your body hold on? Am I going to "whoosh" when I cool down?
  • I mean look at my cute little chick. She wants to keep moving toward her goal!!!
  • You will to a certain extent have more fluid in your body in higher humidity. Although after a few days it should even out. But if you aren't used to heat you might not be a very efficient sweater and some of us do swell up. My hands get puffy in high heat.
