Some advice on what to exspect
 

What nobody tells you about weight loss. I knew that having surgery I was going to let a lot of things go. Just never thought that it was going to be as hard as it is. I had to drop one of my most favorite thing coffee, and cigarettes and know I will even have to let food go for a few weeks. I do indeed know this will be the best for me. I have a mini goal not only to stop smoking and drinking coffee for these few weeks but stop completely. I had just started my journey a week ago and hope I can still keep giving good news. I am going to have surgery in Tijuana Mexico nervous and excited at the same time. I would like to get some advice and some stories and support.
