Journey to Onederland!
Hi everyone,
I "rebooted" my diet back in August, and did reasonably well until the dreaded Christmas holiday season! So, I let myself go and gained about 4 pounds back. Not so bad, but it definitely stalled my momentum! Once again, I am turning to 3FC for support. I am 20 pounds away from Onederland, and would love to get there before the summer. I can't post everyday, but even when I just lurk I enjoy the support on this site--it's pretty awesome. :) I am doing my best to stay away from carbs (they are my mortal enemies), make healthier choices over all, and watch those portion sizes. Water and exercise are my biggest challenges! Anyone else looking to get to Onderland by June? Tam |

water and excercise, agree, i drop down a few, get discouraged for whatever reason and eat way too much food, mainly carbs! if i can just get 3 days down with low carb intake, ill feel great and the momentum just gets going then, MUST do it |
Me too! Me too! Trying to get to Onederland soon and hopefully stay there for good. I eat LCHF and that has really helped me get over my sugar/carb cravings. I hope to see you in Onederland soon! You can do this!

Oh me too! Trying to get to onederland..Only 18 pounds to get there but man oh man..trying so hard. Had no issues staying on my woe so lets hope we make it!

ive pretty much been doing horrible, so im of course up a few pounds, starting tomorrow i want to focus hard for a month....if i just did that i'd be into onederland and beyond! and id really be enjoying summer!!

back on track! scale is at least headed in he right direction, must focus thru the holiday weekend, good luck everyone!
