I try to go to church two or three additional times besides Saturday or sunday during lent. i'll go next Thursday night and possibly next Friday afternoon. I said possibly next Friday afternoon because I may have to work next Friday. I won't know until I see my schedule later on tonight or early tomorrow morning.

Hi Everyone!

We just got home. I got a phone call from our real estate agent saying that he got a phone call from another agent that someone broke into my Mom's house. I have been trying to sell this house for close to 3 years now. UGH! It's almost an hour drive away. We went out there tonight to check on things and it appears that the previous agent didn't lock or close the doors. There was no forced entry or damage. I am very happy and feel blessed that nothing had happened. It had been broke into previously and someone stole the A/C units. We just got back home so this will be a quick one for me.

Novangel Good luck with work. I hope it picks up for you. Our business is really off right now. Actually it has been weird for about a year now. We will have a really good month and then the absolute worst month ever. This month is really slow. Even though we are slow it seems like we are killing ourselves to get things done. Everything just seems weird.

Hi all,

Thanks for the welcome to Cali Sundove and Magistra the weather is quite lovely, the time change is a bit of a challenge, I'll probably get adjusted when it's time to leave, lol.

Got in a good walk this morning, food not too bad, but not great.

Diana

Wishing you all the best

Hey everyone!

March has been a good month for me so far.

I walked four miles today. Stayed on track with portion control!

Novangel, just google any veggie, the nutritional value and you will see the carb count.
I love NutrtionData site. tells you (with pics even ) about the carb, protein, fat ratio and all that mess. everything has carbs except most meats and fats. some veggies like squash can be super high in carbs along with 'when cooked' the carb count increases. like collards are low in carbs, but boiled has higher carb counts so 'just checking' if needed to know carbs in whatever food is best if it is important to you.

HI ALL
1 year on plan today. about 5 months on Atkins 1972 Induction food list only. Then I switched to Zero Carb eating. about 7 months now on that. Today is 1 year on plan since I started.

my original goal was 170....so I am about 9 lbs from that goal.

then I lowered my goal to a hopeful 160 which seems worlds away now but I will get there eventually.....not worried about it.

I feel so energized and just wonderful. Carbs are my nightmare. I eliminated them and I feel my absolute best I have ever felt. Super carb sensitive and I had to face it, fix it and I have and am doing very well. I count nothing, track nothing, macro nothing, don't do anything but eat my plan

woke up not hungry mode. food not even on my mind. so tuna/mayo later whenever....and a ribeye for tonight.

that old saying----what you could have accomplished a year from now----well it is a year LOL and I was successful and I am so glad I did start a year ago doing this

alot happening, busy day. will be going full speed fast this morning. never enough time to get it all done it seems

everyone enjoy the day!!

HI Everyone!

I hope everyone has a good weekend and get a chance to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. I need to dust and clean the office and bathrooms at work. That usually takes a lot out of me. There is a yellow film of pollen all over everything in the office. Hopefully I can sleep in a bit in the morning.

Kelijpa Are you and your Mom visiting family in CA? I hope you have a nice stay.

Inkrid Good luck at the pot luck tonight.

ZCA72 Sounds like your plan is a good fit for you. Keep working it.

Nicholsfamily Enjoy the burger!

Ciecie Yes, that call was definitely stressful. I didn't know what we would face when we got there. It's out in the country, so there are not a lot of police around, either. All is well though, so that's good.

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening! Rest well!

Same here. Most of 2013 and all of 2014 was exceptionally good then around the end of Feb 2015 everything just crashed. It hasn't been the same since.

Hopefully things turn around soon. Weird is a good way to describe it..

I have been thinking about ways to motivate myself. I wonder how many days I can stay on plan? I sort of have a plan, but more often I seem to eat according to my moods and that is not really working very well. I'm going to make a plan tonight and try to stick to it for three weeks starting tomorrow. So, this should be interesting.

kelijpa Hope you are having a nice visit.

Delirium Good job on the walking!

Diana Glad all was well at your mom's house. I bet you will be relieved when the house is finally sold.

Inkrid Good luck with your day!

ZCA72 It's wonderful to have a plan that works for you and that you are happy with. Your posts are inspiring.

Nichols Hope you enjoyed your Cheeseburger and fries!

ciecie I think it's admirable that you try to go to church more than one day a week during lent.
