Finally got some exercise in today.
I did a 15 minute walk. It was a gorgeous sunny day today. I took a short nap this afternoon and didn't feel like I was coming out of a coma when I woke up. So, pretty good day.
B: bagel w/ butter and raspberries, coffee w/ half and half
L: huge salad with lots of veggies, some grilled chicken and oil and vinegar
D: spicy ramen and a little sushi
E: 15 min. walk
ciecie Thanks for the encouragement. I am inspired by all the leslie sansone workouts you have been doing, so that just got me to thinking. I should just put my music in my ears and go for a walk.

Angie That celery sounds good. I might try that. I just bought some celery. I like to eat it with peanut butter. It's a better snack substitute than cookies, which is what I feel like eating most of the time.
