Hi Everyone!

Ciecie I'm glad you are feeling better.

Magistra Brownies! That's all I have to say.

ZCA72 "Off to the races" Sounds like a busy day. Did you get it all done?

Treasa I'm sorry the celebration food left you feeling bad. I hope you are feeling better.

Inkrid Yay for finding good options on the menu.

Angie Congrats on the .8! Have you checked out the menus and dining options for Florida? Yes, there was some major medical stuff on Survivor. Yay for asking the waitress to take the rice. It seems like every day is a new and different challenge. Even if you do what you are suppose to do something tries to throw a monkey wrench in the plan.

Nicholsfamily Good job on your day.

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening!

Thumbs down

Well I had the right intentions but acid reflux is starting again. Back to drinking baking soda w/ water and eating Saltines. Also I barely made any money today. I never catch a break. No joke I'm ready to burn some Sage around me; I feel cursed.

I put in a resume for a PT dental assistant position, the career I swore off forever but I don't know what else to do. If the hours aren't doable then I will have to pick up an additional day at another location. I'm weighing all my options.

On a side note The Walking Dead was insane last night. O_O

Diana -- Yes, I've been looking at menus...we know the parks and restaurants fairly well, so I think I'll do okay. I also ordered some stuff from garden grocer for our room, so that I won't be tempted by those mickey mouse waffles every morning. On my check in on Wednesday the nurses at my clinic will give me an adjusted plan for the week..from what i've heard though it only means extra veggies

PS -- I'm all caught up on survivor

Busy day today. Weather still cold and cloudy. Supposed to warm again soon. I'm hoping to really get going with some exercise this week. I want to feel the weight coming off and exercise really speeds it up for me.

B: whole wheat bagel w/butter, 4 medjool dates, coffee w/half and half
L: two pieces of chicken, artichoke hearts, a few crackers
D: grilled salmon, kale and tomato salad, butternut squash
D: a few squares dark chocolate, mint tea

I have a long list of things to do before bed. The time change really made me tired today. I didn't expect that. It will probably take me a few weeks to adjust.

I hope everybody is having a good day!

Good morning all,

Sorry to be offline so much this month. Always thinking of you chicks! One trip done, Next trip is tomorrow, so I have to pack up again, no work clothes tho, so that's a bonus. I feel blessed to be traveling with my mom, will miss my DH and little dog tho.

185.9, so pretty much in the same place with the weight loss, or lack of...I said to myself I'm not as heavy as I once was, but I am heavier than I should be. Am I loving myself as I am, or being passive-aggressive

Diana listened to Belleruth in the way into work, thanks again for introducing me to her

Hope everyone is doing well

sprinkles on ALL WHO READ THIS!!!

Yesterday was a fasting success!! After the Yogurt with Maca powder I had Coconut Water, regular Water, and nothing at all until Dinner. Which was Chocolate Almond Milk with Maple Syrup, Vanilla Extract and Salt. OK, NOT my best concoction!!! LOL!

Today will be all Juices all the time!! Make two at home, buy one downtown and have a nut milk for a snack.

ZCA72: I just do a five mile loop locally. It has a pond, woods and meadow. I love this time of year because every week it's like walking a different trail!

Good Morning, Everyone!

Kelijpa Enjoy the trip with your Mom. I bought a couple more CD's from Belleruth. One for diabetes for DH and then the all affirmations CD. I LOVE the affirmations CD. Since it comes from the other CD's, there is so much packed into one CD, although it is rather short compared to the others.

Last night I added on:
7 Minutes to Save Your Knees from Strong Knees
Upper Body Stretch section from Tamilee Webbs Total Body Stretch (sitting)
This Morning: 1/2 Oxycise Level 2 Workout

Calories for yesterday: 1500 +
Weigh In: 166.4
No Change

Have a great day!

Inkrid a 5 mile loop is sweet. I know what you mean on the changes in the woods. I love when the rhodendrums bloom in the mountains, the smell is heaven. pretty eye candy also! keep on moving!!

---HI ALL

errands to handle, have to hit the road soon.

will take little doggie cause along the way is a track. I am not a track walking gal but this is the best I can squeeze in today and I WANT to get outside. later I might just relax on the porch when I get everything done. lounge chair, sun, the tunes playing. oh yea I can handle that!!!

What part of Carolina? North or South? I'm in Charleston. We have the most insane pollen going on right now. We don't "need" rain, but we need it to clear off some of the pollen. It doesn't usually bother me, but it's bothering my eyes and I'm sneezing more than usual.

same here. pollen is deadly and I have the big sinus trouble to prove it. go thru the spring and summer in a foggy way but I must say the sinus/allergy pills sure help. the rain also washed our 'world' clean around here. worst is the cars going yellow, pure pollen

you are my neighbor!! I am outside Charlotte NC. more toward Hickory and the foothill area. I had my honeymoon in Charleston oh so long ago
