wolfchan - you are doing great! My weight loss has slowed dramatically and it may take another month for me.
I am waiting on my folding recumbent bike. FedEx has it, they just can't make it to my door with all the snow in our subdivision. After I get it, I may be able to burn some calories to help. I think right now, I am almost eating at a maintenance level of calories and I really don't want to drop any lower.
163.4 I'm getting there and it feels great!! It's my time of the month so I usually fluctuate. Maybe tmi but I noticed I'm much less moody/pms since I'm losing weight.
I like this support group! I think we are all doing amazing. Hang in there everyone!

Yesterday was a full day at the hospital with DH getting knee surgery. Thankfully they had a bagel shop. Did not eat again until I got home at 5 and had a steak and cheese wrap with lettuce & tomato. This morning's weigh in was 167.4. So, I am coasting along with you girls!

I'm down 0.6 after sweating to some Zumba last night. The plans are to return again tonight. I need to eat fewer cals. Hopefully that will begin to happen when and IF I can get obtain a day job!!
Sunshine99 - Welcome to the thread! I quit cold turkey. I have not had anything made with sugar for 8 1/2 months and I am so glad I broke free from craving it. This is one lady that used to eat pies, cakes and packages of candy everyday.
