Anyone on Optifast?

Hello everyone,

I'm starting on Optifast on March 3rd through Kaiser. I was wondering if anyone had any feedback as to whether or not you were successful with the diet - the good the bad etc. Also, does anyone have any suggestions for shake recipes,

Thank you in advance for your help. I am really excited to start this journey and I want to make sure I have everything ready to be successful.
