Mine usually are serving as a hair band. Then I am looking all over for them. Its okay I buy them in bulk from the dollar store But I DO need them to read
Thanks Flower! This is me, precisely! My reading vision has gotten to the point that I must wear them to read, probably from spending so much time on the computer & mobile I love those those $ Store glasses. No more megabucks progressives that just get lost!
Your recovery will balance out, hang in there

Wishing kelijpa & Larry good news at their appts.

Wishing all a good day. The week sure is flying by.

mornin'

W 154.8 (down .6 after 1559 calories yesterday)
B egg and stuff on toast, coffee with milk
L chicken sausage and veggies
D same

yesterday involved a long afternoon at the DMV, surrendering DHs license. We then had some retail therapy at the bike shop and he bought a nicer road bike to match my new comforts. We are talking about training for the week long cycle Oregon ride. It involves tent camping and I usually sleep with a thick mat. Not sure how I can do that but we'll see.

Anyway, many hours out yesterday involved an unusual stop at McDonald's. Hubs wanted a big mac. They misheard me and we somehow ended up with two (inaddition to a kids happy meal for our daughter). I ate it! a few fries and sips of DHs coffee shake thing. I added it all up and ate no more when we got home. A miracle, really.

kelijpa, yay for seeing the 170s today!

Daydreamer, congrats on the 4 miles, in the same time even!

Nutriforward, welcome to the group and goodluck with your marketing goals!

Good afternoon.

W 211.8 (down 1.1 from yesterday)
I've been MIA for a few days but have been on track with my eating. Everyone was right about my weight. It was a stall before a whoosh. Feels great. TTOM should start in a day or two, so I will be bloated again before long. Also, I've been a member for almost 20 days, so I'm excited to have a ticker soon.

Coolmom I'm sorry about your DH not being able to drive. Do you live in an area where you're dependent on a car to get around? Also, your lemon tart sounds so good! I'm tempted to ask for the recipe. I love fruity desserts, and lemon is my favourite!

Kelijpa hope your test goes well.

Larry Good job on your dinner, and I hope you have a good appointment today.

Diana hope you have good day today!

Sundove glad you're starting to feel better.

Daydreamer that's awesome! way to go! Do you have particular exercise goals? Are you working up to jogging the whole time? sounds like you're making great progress.

Have a wonderful day!

I need new glasses too but I don't want any more medical bills right now; I'm still paying off my Son's cashew incident (allergic reaction) from November. Most expensive cashew in history. Insurance picked up a lot but still I've gotten about 10 bills and they add up. If I didn't have insurance this cashew would've been a trip to Europe, It's ridiculous how much the hospitals overcharge insurance but I'm not going to even get started. Personal experience in medical field has left me very jaded. It's a complete fraud and that's all I'm going to say about that.

I guess I'm going to have to pick up an extra day at work to make ends meet. I can't win for losing at this job. It's totally random but it's ALWAYS busy on my day off no matter which days I work. I feel like I am cursed! I try to stay optimistic and positive attitude but it's hard not to feel defeated at times. I'm determined to make this work though. I just keep thinking about how well I did in 2014, hoping 2015 was just a flop and 2016 will be good again. *SIGH*

It's noon...I'm off to the gym and then grocery shopping for dinner.

{{{POSITIVE VIBES}}}

Novangel: I understand the insurance overcharging! It’s ridiculous. ((Fingers crossed for 2016 to be better!))

Daydreamer: Woo hoo for 20 days!! WTG! Greats news on your woosh!

Coolmom: Hope you enjoyed the Big Mac!

Hello everyone else!
Weigh in: 135.0
Calories Today: Roughly 1100 calories
Exercise: ½ mile on the tredmill

I have not been hungry a majority of the day..and then I started craving dennys. I ate a French toast slam…eggs scrambled…turkey bacon…and sugar free syrup…as low calorie as you can go with a French toast slam! Lol. It was DELICIOUS. The menu said it was 810 calories but I’m guessing that was without the syrup so I added that in…had a lemon water with it! Did I mention how delicious it was?! YUMMY!

Because of all the bread I felt kind of miserable and had to push myself to get a ½ mile in but I got that in. Now I’m just ready for bed. Work has been cancelled already for tomorrow and the snow storm hasn’t got here yet and if it hits us or not who knows right now…

Off to work on homework …get a shower in and watch some more of this weather! Night ya’ll!

Hi Everyone!

We had hair appointments tonight and just got home so this will be a quick one. We wanted to get something quick tonight. We went to a place that had a salad bar. I mad a salad from that, but they didn't have grilled chicken pieces or anything like that out. My protein came from eggs, garbanzo beans, a bit of cheese, a bit of chunky chicken salad. It wasn't heavy in mayo. I think my calories are fine but I'm unsure of the sodium. Especially with the garbanzo beans. I know that type of stuff can be high in sodium.

Total Approx 1410 calories +

Breakfast (325 Calories + coffee)
spritz olive oil in pan
egg 70 cal
egg whites from carton 60 calories
Mediterranean Blend Veggies
14 g. Organic Valley feta cheese 30 calories
1/2 Rudi's Whole Wheat English muffin or 1 piece Alpine Valley organic whole wheat bread 65 calories
1 T. pumpkin butter 25 calories
juice 75 calories or less
coffee w/sugar and cream

Lunch (385 Calories)
Rudi's 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Flatz 100 calories
2 slices Applegate Farms Black Forest Ham & lettuce 50 Calories
Laughing Cow spreadable cheese wedge 35 calories
Greek Yogurt 100 calories
1 Apple 100 calories

Dinner (700 calories)
Salad w/lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced mushrooms, carrots, celery, eggs, garbanzo beans, a bit of cheese, a bit of chunky chicken salad, a piece of pineapple, cantaloupe, honey dew and BHF's ranch 700 calories

Exercise:
KCM's Cardio Pump - combined workouts - w/10's

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening!
