Larry: Excellent progress and love your exercise list.

Diana: Hoping things get better for you!

I'm still in a so-so mood but going to see the Revenant in an hour. Can't wait! I have been so geeked about this movie since October and the day has finally arrived. Love me some Leo DiCaprio and this movie looks beyond amazing.

I went overboard on carbs yesterday, I was feeling in a defeated mood but I'm trying to pick myself back up again. I arranged for a low carb dinner and going to the gym later.

Have a great day, everyone.

novangel There is an old Japanese saying that says: "Fall down seven times, get up eight"

midnight12, I did it! I walked for 1 hour hahaha.

flower123, sending best wishes. Hope you are all ok.

So as promised I would start moving this week. It was SLOW and I got turned around a bit. Eventually found the walking/biking trail. My pup was not tired at all, he kept pulling on the leash or stoping to sniff everything. Every so often he would make me run but 5 seconds after it was already too much hahaha. I am SO out of shape. Hopefully I will be able to keep up with him someday. Hahaha best thing was coming back up. We live in a hill, so you start going down and end coming back up... well I was tired from the trail so I was crawling my way back up. Wish it was the other way around, start uphill and end downhill.

Hi Everyone!

Thank you for the prayers and good thoughts for me today. My appointment went well today. The cyst on the right ovary was completely gone but there was one on my left ovary. It looks like this is my normal cycle stuff. She is OK with things and I don't have to go back until my regular yearly stuff.

Larry Great list and picture!

CoolMom I find it amazing how cycles can get in sync even with online people. It doesn't have to be in an office/house setting.

Nicholsfamily Congrats!

Sundove Eating extra in the evening might work better for you.

I'll be back later.

Novangel How was the movie? Was it scary?

Flower I hope everything went smooth today. Things can get difficult when family are all together and emotions are running high. Hang in there, maybe drink some extra wine if things get too strained.

Voltas Did your DH cook something healthy? My DH wouldn't hear of it. It can be tough sometimes.

Kelijpa Great job on your steps yesterday. Are you still listening to Belleruth?

Ciecie I hope the battery fixes the pedometer.

Treasa It takes time for everything to get regulated after eating differently.

Daydreamer
Great job getting out for a walk with your little dog.

Leli Hang in there with work. I know the feeling and going through the same thing.

Waving Hi to anyone I may have missed. Enjoy your evening and rest well.
