Thanks Miracle! I hope you and EagleRiverDee both have great weekends. We're going to see my in-laws for Sat/Sun. Did the doc say anything, Dee? How has the new exercise been going? Knee pain sucks so I hope you feel better asap.

For my part, I had that water drop and the scale is now reading 148.6. Finally.

Hi guys

I had not realized that there was another 140s thread. Not sure which one is more active but I'll join in on here as well. It doesn't hurt to have more support

Hello everyone and hope you all are having a great weekend! My doc appointment went good and my doc indicated she's really pleased with my weight loss and actually thought I weigh less than I do which was nice.

I did some resistance training yesterday and am sore today but it didn't aggravate my knees or my back and that's good.

Hope all is well with everyone!

Hi everyone! I just got back from my vacation to Seaside, OR. I basically maintained my weight, even though my eating wasn't perfect. It did help that we walked up and down the beach and boardwalk a lot and that I brought my own meals to cook in the hotel room kitchenette. I was reaching about 13,000 every day!

Dee...it's great the doc noticed your weight loss. Hope your knee gets better, though I think you can get the same results with your new exercise routine.

Chub...Welcome!!

Princessroja...good job the weightloss. I love the water drops as they can be significant.

Miracle...I hope you're enjoying your relaxation time and putting your stress behind you.

Have a great Memorial Day everyone!

I've been battling the 140s for a few months now, I can't stop bouncing from 141 to 149. The entire 140s! It's infuriating but I know a large part of it is that I am grappling with binge eating. Since April, I've just been giving into the desire to binge and it's been killer. I'm trying to control it through switching my diet up but it's not working well, I don't binge becuase of stress or emotional eating, I just miss food, hah. Anyway, I'm hopping back into the 140s thread, let's see what I can manage this week and next before I head off on vacation!

Hi guys. I've been in the 140s for what feels like forever. In reality though, I think it's been since last Sept? Today I was even a little into the 150s, but I believe that was just water weight from alcohol and restaurant food over Memorial Day weekend. I'm beyond ready to plummet through the 140s and greet the 130s!

Sperrigo: great job on the steps! I have a hand me down Fitbit from my sister that has been sitting around. I stopped using it since I started school. The numbers were so low each day that I found it depressing to look at. But you motivated me to break it out again
thousandsunny: I totally know what you mean about bouncing up and down in the 140s. It's a lot harder to get out of than I had originally thought.
Chunkalunkah: welcome

I'm up 5lbs due to the weekend. I did climb on the bike today to burn off some of the excess calories. I might be able to fit into my bridesmaid dress in a month if I keep this up

Sperrigo- way to go on maintaining while on vacation! Great NSV!

Chub- I use a Fitbit and found that it was a huge wake-up call to see how little I move each day unless I deliberately work exercise in.

I haven't been as active for about a week. My knees are still hurting, as is my lower back. I have been getting steps in because I was busy every day (except yesterday) and we're going to be moving so I've been packing boxes and moving things to the storage unit and so a lot of lifting. Yesterday was a major lazy day for me, though.

Dee: I tried looking for my fitbit today since I was feeling so motivated. Of course, it was nowhere to be found
I did go to the gym since my boyfriend was going and ended up doing 5 miles on the treadmill . I might go again tomorrow for another run since I just had a very heavy dinner tonight. Feeling good and hoping to be in the 145s this weekend

Hi everyone! Got about 13K steps in yesterday with walking the dogs. We had our nicest day of the year so far yesterday- we hit 73 yesterday. I know for some of you that's indoor temps, but for us in Alaska that's a nice day!

Knees are still hurting and back still hurts. I think impact cardio is going to be out for a while longer. I'm going to try to get some yoga in tonight.

Hope all is well with the rest of you!

Chub- hoping you make it to 145 by the weekend!

Great job on the steps Dee! What kind of yoga do you do? I've been thinking of doing some light yoga to help with the occasional back and leg pain/aches.
Weighed in at 146.4 today so heading in the right direction. I did have a few cookies today but I ate clean for the most part. I did an hour of light biking to make up for the sendentary life style today. Will try to get my steps in on the treadmill tomorrow

I'm still stuck around 145-146 and it's annoying! It's finally starting to warm up here, so I hope that means more outside exercise. And next Friday, I leave on vacation where my big SV will be to not gain, haha. Maybe even lose!

Chub- my yoga varies. I use the yoga programs that Beachbody offers on their Beachbody On Demand site. Some of it is Vinyasa style power yoga, but there's so much new stuff now. They have yoga specifically for runners, cyclists, yoga specifically to wake you up or quiet your mind before sleep. I try to do different stuff. I should look to see if they have yoga specifically for knee and back pain. They probably have something.

Dee, I really like the Beach Body videos. I didn't realize there were so many types of yoga moves.

I will be entering the 144's this week. My face loses its bloated look when I get below 145 and I start to look like myself again. I wish my jeans would be loser, but I'll have to wait for 140 for that to happen.

Have a great weekend everyone!
