No, but I like to read threads I'm not active in for info, reinforcement, motivation, etc. Will be a while before I join here. Losing is very slow for me, but I'm okay with that. Means keeping it off will be easier.

@katiam that's a great attitude to have. I actually do the same for inspiration! I like to post a message in the next thread with a saying that I'll be there in a week or two!

I'm 144.5 today yall, I think it's too soon to post in the 130s but I think I'll be there in the next 3 weeks, losertown predicts early June I'll be in the high 130s, just in time for my birthday!

I'm soooo sore today. I played a kinda intense soccer game on Saturday for the first time in 10 years and I'm still hurting today on Monday!

Weighed myself and it says I gained 3lbs but I'm assuming thats water retention from my muscle soreness. I religiously stick to 1200 calories but I'll sometimes eat up to 1,400 when my exercise calories well exceed that if I'm feeling weak or peckish!

Still sucks to see the scale go up even though I'm aware of the reason.

Since my muscle soreness I'd been up or at a plateau, pretty discouraging even though I know I'm staying. Weight is at and around 143 now.

Hi! I just found this thread! I am newly into the 140's, and would love to start this one up again for support and inspiration! I'm at 149.4, but have been for a couple days, so I think I am definitely out of the 150's!!

I would probably be way less tired if I upped my nutrition but it's an ongoing battle. Ha.

146.8. 7 lb to go. Only at about ~1 pound a week deficit, so SEVEN MORE WEEKS? Which seems so long, but the past 4 weeks went by fairly fast, soooo I dunno.

I understand you so damn well...

Hi Jessie and Kahaney! Good to see some life in this thread, it's just been me for weeks now lol.

I'm at 140.7 today, hoping next week I'll be able to finally leave this thread!

I've been losing only .8 pounds a week even though I'm set for 1.5 lbs a week! Ineed to recalculate somewhere! Something is going wrong!

Oh wow, you're so close! That's amazing! I am new at this dieting thing, so my body is still losing weight pretty quickly! I am at 147.4 right now! I have no idea how long it might take to get out of the 140s, but I am glad I have some company to do it with in the meantime! Even if it's just for a week, haha! You'll figure it out, I'm sure of that!

Kahaney are you following a plan? If you're counting calories I have a really good website that will predict the weight you will be every week. I've been using it for months now and it's been spot on, but it's only accurate for calorie counters!

It gives you a predicted weight loss chart for a year. I downloaded it to word, added pictures of my body goals and cute colors, and printed it to hang up on my wall :
