Getting out of the 140's
I've looked for a "Getting out of 140's" thread and can't find one. So here's a new thread. I hope to encourage and get encouragement from people in their 140's.
My husband had a huge piece of pecan pie after supper tonight and although I wanted some, I wanted to lose weight more. As long as I can keep thinking that way, I'll lose. I intend to lose a good 30 pounds. I'm eating about 1,200 calories per day and eat several small meals per day, plus drinking lots of crystal light. |
