Hooray for water weight? 168.6 this morning....I'm tentatively headed over to the other thread, not 100% sure it won't fluctuate back up tomorrow though. Fingers crossed!

Managed to make it through the holidays without staying fluctuated above that 180 mark... back down to low-mid 170's. Here's hoping for 160's by February!

Hi all. 168 this morning! My scale actually said 167.7, then a minute later I stood on it and it said 168. I'll take it! I haven't been in the 160s in a long time and it has taken me months to get out of the 170s. Finally the weight is dropping and it feels so good.

Everyone's leaving and I keep bopping around 171. It's as if my body knows how much I would like to see a number starting 16_ on the scale and doesn't want to give me the satisfaction.

Ultrapeaches.. I'm still here! I had gotten to 170.4 before Christmas but between New Years and being sick I'm sitting at 175 ugh.

I'm not new to 3FC, but new to this thread. Can we just call it 170something, since I haven't weighed in several months and judging from my clothes, I can realistically say I'm in the 170s, which is really , really depressing!
I haven't had to use this site in quite a while because I was much smaller and working out alot with a personal trainer. Then, life got very busy & here I am--larger than I've ever been, and I can't wear much of anything in my closet!

Just pathetic!!

I am preparing for a career change (2 interviews down) and just awaiting the final judgement call. And hopefully, I can get on a normal day shift schedule and off nights for good.

After what seemed like forever in the 80's, I've squeaked under for 3 days in a row (was at 178.6 this a.m.) so I'll be here for a while, although I'm very motivated to get out of this decade. It seems like 60's are where I finally start feeling comfortable in my own skin. Looking forward to it!

new to this thread as finally sustaining under 180 and feel I can legitimately be in the 170s.
Really need to keep pushing hard and see if I can get through this decade a bit faster than the last one!

171 this morning. I so want to be out of there and on to the 60s. K9owner I totally feel the same way about my closet. I was down 30 pounds and then life happened and now I have to work it all off but I am going to do it. Onward and downward its a journey.

I've been MIA for a couple months. Between the holidays, taking on a new job, and getting into powerlifting, I've been swamped. I'm sitting at 181 right now but hoping to be back in the 170's in a few days!.
