I'm a newbie here and don't see a link to read about how to send buddies a message. Are there any live chats? Thanks all!

There are private messages, but I think you have to be here for 20 days maybe. I'm not sure, I'm still new. I am keeping up with a couple buddies through messaging on the Lose It app. I think My Fitness Pal has a similar thing.
