Default Good or bad idea?

I have such a problem with this lately.

My weight is going up, inches going up and I know it's because I'm eating more on the days I work out.

So I want to cut my workouts (instead of stopping them all) to see if I can somehow not each as much. I am always craving real food like big salads, snacks, and if I don't eat I get bad headaches and stomach growls like crazy during class.

Has anyone been in a situation like this? I don't even feel like I'm working out THAT much to get this hungry (one hour on treadmill-I try HIIT but most of it is me walking my ft4 says I lose 300 calories) so I don't have a lot of leeway to eat back calories. It's not my TOM or anything either. I'm torn because I like working out, it makes me feel good but I'm trying to lose weight here and I feel like it's doing the opposite at the moment.

Any advice is appreciated!

I used to have this too. When I was working out a lot sometimes I would have two sandwiches for lunch

I have found that it's important to make sure you plan your food post workout carefully. It's tempting to want to eat super healthily so that you don't undo all your work but you should make sure you eat something substantial after exercise.

I normally go for fruit, yogurt and then a bit later some rice or potato dish. I don't know what kind of plan you are following but I hope this helps! Maybe you could try eating different types of food and keep a log of which ones don't make you have crazy cravings?

Also - please don't stop the workouts!!
