You should look up crock pot ideas that you can make a bunch of them on a Sunday and then freeze them and boom thaw them the night before and throw in the crockpot the next day and that will give you a few meals out of one cook and you'll have a bunch on hand. You can freeze frittata for lunch or breakfast (I do this for my bf) low sodium deli meats like turkey and ham. Cook a bunch of chicken Breasts and freeze. You can microwave steam veggies which is quicker. There's a ton of options for you to be able to eat food that you cooked yourself. I've even made a huge batch of whole wheat pasta and portioned it in freezer bags and just thaw in water. Pick one day for a few hours to prep and you'll be stocked up. Same with fruits I buy mine Saturday cut them Sunday and portion out my Tupperware for the week. If I don't make things easy to grab and go I fall off track very quick

Hi I am JP Latham.
It feels good to eat the sweets. Once the body gets the blood sugar spike it comes back for more and more... Stabilize your blood sugar and it will control your appetite better.

Go for the apple and natural peanut butter or a carb cutter tortilla "high fiber" for a quick and healthy snack.

Those two snacks will help continue your all day fat burning. :)

Yes! I agree that this is an eye-opening book and I highly recommend it. Processed foods aren't designed in kitchens, they are designed in labs with the goal of making sure you can't eat just one. Fascinating book.

For many, the come-on offered by Lay's Potato Chips -- "Betcha can't eat just one" -- is scientifically accurate. And the food industry manipulates this neurological response, designing foods to induce people to eat more than they should or even want, Kessler found.

Curvynotlumpy - that book looks really interesting! Thanks for posting..

I've always had trouble cutting out sugar, I find that my friends enjoy eating salad and thinks like that, whereas I can't stand It! I will always reach for the sugar before an apple. It's a habit I am really trying to break.

I am also quite lazy :) so when I'm in the mood to cook, I will cook enough for 3 meals instead of 1. It's then in the fridge or freezer for when I don't want to cook, and it stops me reaching for the ready meals filled with loads of salt!
