So a little about me.. Im 24 just graduated college and starting grad school in August. I lost 60 lbs 2 years ago... but this past year went through some traumatic things and in coping with depression and what comes with that I gained it all back. Im feeling and doing a lot better and want to really lose the weight (and more :) ) again.. and Im going in the right direction! :)

Im doing calorie counting basically (tracking what Im eating). Im using MyFitnessPal and would love for anyone on here to add me if they are on there! :D
