Green Tea Extract
 

I have been reading about the benefits of green tea extract, and as of today I am giving it a try to try to give my results a little boost.

Studies on results are legitimate and scientific, and say that while drinking green tea has benefits, to get the fat burning boost, the extract in pill form is more effective since you would have to drink an awful lot of the tea in order to get a high enough dose.

Has anyone else tried this? Would love to hear about your experiences. :)
