Thanks everyone! Pretty bummed! Woke up this morning to a .2 lbs gain. Staying w/in my calories and exercising...not much more I can do besides wait it out and hopefully it falls off! TOM should be going away here soon and my stomach has been hugely bloated so hopefully that is the problem...

On the positive side: Todays my FRIDAY! Hopefully everyone has a great day!

Good morning all,

Nichols sending positive thoughts and prayers your way.

Syckgirlsfv happy anniversary, ours was Monday June 29th.

Coop hope you're feeling better soon, rest is important, be careful.

Erowley best of luck, you landed in a good spot, 3fc has tons of good info.

Diana congrats on the .4 down

Cool mom congrats on the drop, I'm working towards adding in some fast days.

Novangel I hear you, today looks decent finally, at least somewhat dry but really overcast.

176.0 this morning, sticking to my program, almost a week in, making a plan for the holiday weekend, should only be one really off plan day at the in-laws, will try and get my exercise in around the visit.

Hope everyone has a good weekend and nice holiday for those who celebrate the 4th of July.

Best to all

thanks for all the happy anniversary wishes, everyone!!! Kelijpa happy anniversary to you and your DH, as well!

Last night we walked 3 1/2 miles and in the middle of that walk stopped at Subway. Dinner for me was a turkey bacon guacamole on wheat w/no cheese and lettuce, tomato, spinach, cucumbers, red onions, cilantro, pickles, banana peppers (hot!), green peppers, and mustard. YUM! less than 400 calories, too.

We get off at 2 today, so I might go get a hair cut (trim) after work. The menu:

B - string cheese
L - leftover grilled organic chicken breast and organic green beans
S - if I get hungry then maybe popcorn
D - I'm hoping for the stuffed chicken breast tonight!
EX - maybe a bike ride

happy 4th of July everyone!!!!

Mornin'

W jumped to 149.8 after my pizza and alcohol.
B more pizza.
L/D not sure. I have roasted veg and I'm planning to try a new recipe for falafel burgers. I also have a giant goose thawing in the fridge.

I got my week 1, day 2 bike training ride in early this morning. 6 miles in 30 minutes. I'm loving the early morning ride time. No traffic and saw lots of bunnies and a deer cross my path.

Speaking of haircuts psyckgirl, I am so close to deciding to chop my hair off. The weightloss is probably contributing to the shedding and it is so thin and scrappy looking. I've worked so hard to grow it out, it makes me sad and I don't want to.

Kelijpa, happy anniversary to you and hubby! I hope it was a nice day. Ours is a week after my birthday so hubby is always bummed that our anniversary feels like an afterthought. Oops! I'm going to try and make it more special this year....but I am turning 40...hey, look at me! Lol.

No, I'm not an asthsma sufferer, but I think it was the heat. I'm much better today, and it's nothing like as warm!

Nicholsfamily - sorry to hear anout the gain, please don't worry about such a small gain, I'm sur eit will dissappear I no time!

Syckgirlsfv - have a good anniversary!

Lunch and learn session at work today, so they put on lunch. I ate half a tuna sandwich and half a chicken and avocado wrap, with some crisps and grapes and 3 strawberries.

Breakfast was melon and crackers again, and dinner tonight will be homemade fried rice. Snacks consisted of 3 oatcakes and an ice lolly.

We should be able to hit the pool this weekend since it will finally be in the 80's again. Today I'm off and of course was a little too cool but when I'm at work it's warmer. :/

This weekend I want to go up north to one of my favorite restaurants on a beach/marina. Should be a nice weekend.

I went to the gym last night, back again tonight. That's 3 days in a row. I have to say that week off affected me, my endurance dropped for sure. It's amazing how fast you lose it if you don't move it.

Today was day 13 of about the same weight on the scale. I "KNOW" i should be losing... so I'm beginning to get annoyed. This too shall pass, I know, but I don't have to LIKE THIS! :-)

Hi all I have not had time to post muchh lately but I am doing well and I have stayed on plan. DW and I leave for an extended stay with our son and his family in New York on the 7th. Time is running out quickly and I still have some work to complete on my trailer build. Also numerous tasks around the house before we leave.

On Monday I get a new CPAP machine and I am really looking forward to that. I have used my present one every night since October 2006 and it is getting tired.
