Happy Ostara! (does one say that?) Too bad we're celebrating here with 2-4 inches of snow

A feast day and no exercise sounds like a planned binge. Is there any way to celebrate by eating the foods you like but not gorging on them? This is life, we need to make room for celebration, we need to be able to eat the things that make us feel connected to others. I'm just worried that a full-on binge won't end in one day, it's very hard to get back to normal after that. Eat what you want, stop when you're full.

Rigorous cardio 2-4hrs per day I'd say you need more than a couple of days off from that. Are you a professional athlete in training? Sounds too rigorous in my opinion.
