thanks Terra. Sometimes i see myself in the mirror and i get emotional because i AM doing this. im not thinking i need to or hoping to, i AM.
In the last month ive lost 3.5cm off my fat tummy. I cant believe it. To add to my pleasure, my man has been inspired and has now lost 7lbs in 2 weeks . |

In 10 weeks, I'll be starting my summer internship in a new town. I want to be toned and fit for then so I can feel confident wearing cute, summer clothes, biking around town, wearing bikinis at the lake, and hopefully flirting with someone handsome. I'm at 174 right now, so I would love to get to the very low 160s by then! Keep up the awesome work, you will meet your goal! |

Cheering on both of you Rechyl and RetroRabbit!!! Im going to Universal Studios in Florida in June so I would like to be down to 150 by then, so I'm gonna hop in this boat. We can do it! And Rechyl 16 pounds in 9 weeks, sounds like a breeze with the progress you've been making! Keep up the cardio and you'll definitely lose it, and some tummy toning to keep everything tight shouldn't add many (if any) extra pounds.

thanks. i am struggling a little mentally the past few days, i just want to eat but im not even allowing myself to go upto my calorie allowance. Like today, im 162 under but im not letting myself have more which i know is silly but i literally cant allow myself. I keep telling myself i dont need it and i know i dont, i wont starve but its still within my allowance so why cant i have it?
I hate when the mental struggle kicks in. I know ill be ok again in a few days but for now its hard. I just keep thinking of my bikini (http://www.next.co.uk/x552222s3#949923x55). |
well its the weekend again. Big gym session planned for tomorrow.

I had a big gym day today, 35 mins on the bike, 27 on the treadmill, 27 on the elliptical, chest press, leg press, hip abductions. It all felt so good.
I'm hoping to have a big day tomorrow too, but we'll see how work goes and if I have time before out Elite Eight game comes on :) Bear Down Arizona! Good luck on your big gym day, still cheering you on! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: |
Did a lot of gym. Was so tired when i came out i walked in front of a moving car. Luckily it stopped just before it hit me.
Im so tired i dont want to eat anything for lunch. |
man do i hurt today! Ive done my grocery shop for the week and im about to make my usual soup to last till wed night.
Ill make a spicy turkey tomatoey thing to have with couscous thurs and fri. Saturday i usually take something out the freezer or treat myself to macaronni cheese with 30% less fat cheese. For lunch today i had 2 softish boiled eggs and asparagus tips - it was alright. I bought myself some 100 calorie or less treats because i always have at least 100 cals left and deny myself something nice because what i want is over 100 calories so now i have a few options. |
I really hurt. Its a gym day again tomorrow but i dont know if i can face it. Im in agony. i cant even straighten my right arm.
