Very interesting study
 

I just read an article that immediately made me think of 3FC!

It basically says that people who take part in social networking groups that focus on weight loss actually are more succesful in losing weight. According to the study, the people who interacted the most in these networks actually lost more weight.

I bet the same thing is true here! I think I would attribute it to the amount of support that everyone gives here. It's truly special. So keep being awesome 3FC!

Interesting article. I definitely noticed that I lost more weight when I participated more in this forum. I think it just helps me stay focused and I know that folks on this forum know exactly what I'm going through-especially in a way that my friends and loved ones might not completely understand.
