Hi you guys! <3
On Tuesday i began my journey again - yay!
The first week is always the hardest for me as I have quite severe anxiety and I'm worried that through all my hard work, it might not work, or I might do something wrong, etc D:
I weighed myself just now (I know I shouldn't have, it was too tempting xD) and it looks like I may have lost 2lbs so far. I feel a little worried as in the past my first week losses have been more significant, and with the majority of that first loss being water, I am worried I haven't made a difference at all!
I know there are two days left but will that make a huge difference? D:
I started at 298 lbs and have eaten 1650 calories a day this week, and eaten back about half of my exercise calories on top of that (I have been making myself a lot more active with swimming, walking and a few seconds of running, and judging by the aches in my legs, hopefully gained some muscle mass!). I'm using MyFitnessPal to track it.
Typing this makes me feel a little more reassured... I'm definitely not going to give up as my will is iron... I'm in this for the long haul (currently wrestling with the idea that it may take over a year to get to goal)! I just wish I knew now if it was working - It would seal the deal for me 100% D:
Thank you in advance and so sorry for my ramblings xD
