Hello everyone!! I'm new to the 60s. I'm sitting at 169.4. Hoping to be down 10 pounds in the next month or so! So far I'm down 30 pounds total!! Yayy!!!

jeminijad 01-15-2016 05:03 PM

Starza, yay!!!

wolfchan, your stats are almost exactly like mine. Except that I started a whole lot bigger (215 at peak, 190 after giving birth Dec 2014.)

163 again this morning, so I'll claim it :carrot: I'm adding a softened version of IF, 14 hours off and 10 hour eating window, so we'll see if that helps.

love2b150 01-15-2016 06:32 PM

Keep up the good work wolfchan :high:

BVMarie :welcome: to the decade and the thread :) keep up the good work :high:

Good job jemini :high:

jeminijad 01-16-2016 10:41 AM

162.0 this morning. Whoa! As I keep blathering, I won't record that unless it repeats tomorrow, but it sure was nice to see.

Day 3 of IF. Breakfast at 8:30 this morning, so dinner has to be done by 6:30, and then I'll have to wait breakfast Sunday until 8:30 again to preserve that 14 hour window of no eating.

rachelinala 01-16-2016 11:09 AM

167.3 this morning. I had a large meal and drinks last night, hoping it will go back down tomorrow!

jeminijad 01-17-2016 05:51 AM

162 again today. I guess this is a slow whoosh? I can say it is much easier to stay on plan on the 14:10 off/on eating schedule.

Photosphere 01-17-2016 06:52 AM

Hey!
I'm joining you here in the 160s this week! I'm down at 168,6!

rachelinala 01-17-2016 09:43 AM

165.3 this morning. Hard to believe I am about 5 lbs away from being in the 150s!

Sum38 01-17-2016 11:34 AM

Bookmarking this thread. Today I was 170.2, so hoping to jump in here in a day or two.

Rosinante 01-18-2016 05:09 AM

Love2be150 and Katiam247, thank you for the boosts!!

Now at 164 which, blissfully, brings me into "Overweight". Having started out at "Morbidly Obese", I'm ecstatic!!

Working hard now not to laze on my laurels but to keep going.

Good luck, everyone :)

Sum38 01-18-2016 06:13 AM

168.2

Plainsgirl 01-18-2016 07:48 AM

Good morning everyone!
I have bounced around the same 1-2 pounds for the last week- 10 days. I seem to have the exercise thing down pretty good...5K treadmill training 3x/week and body pump 2x/week (added a third yesterday to try and get the scale moving) but the food...sigh...admittedly last week was awful and I reverted back to "guesstimating" and not entering everything on MFP. New resolve for this. Its 80% food and 20% exercise, right?

162.00 this morning. My goal is to be 161.00 by next Monday.
Lets do this girls!!!

"Fail to plan....plan to Fail"

Starza - congrats on movin' on down to the 150's! :cp:

BVMarie - glad to have you here with us! Congrats! :cp:

wolfchan - Congrats on 10 lbs! :cp:

jemini - glad to see IF is working for you! Sometimes ya just gotta shake things up! :yay:

love2b - how's are your workouts coming at the gym? It is a good idea to give a day or so break to let your muscles heal. :)

Photosphere - :welcome: and congrats! :carrot:

rachelinala - you are doing great, girl! :cheer2:

Sum38 - :welcome: to the 160's!

Rosinante - you are very welcome! Congrats on no longer being obese! Well done! :cheer3:

I bounced up to 169, but now back down to 167.6. Funny how you can gain 1.5 lbs and lose it in a matter of days!

jeminijad 01-18-2016 08:37 AM

Rosinante, that is a nice feeling, isn't it? Because "overweight" is just so much less ugly a word than obese!

Rosinante 01-18-2016 09:28 AM

Jeminijad You're so right! "Overweight" sounds like being part of the normal population somehow.
And well done on being "normal" :)
