up 2 pounds from the weekend still, but yesterday I was up more than 3 so it's all good :D :cool:
Gonna ride my bike tonight at least 11 miles - that's one thing I hate about this time of year is that it gets so dark so early and I end up riding my bike less during the week because of it. :bike2: :cry: |

I havent posted since i went on holiday. I jumped out of the 150's briefly again but am back hanging out at 157.5. It seems like the 150's are going to take me forever to get through. At this rate its going to be a year lol. Anyway its better than being in the 170's where i started so it could be worse. So ill keep going and see if i get pack to posting regularly again too |

It took a few years after losing 25 pounds, but I've drifted slowly all the way back up to 159.5 as of this morning. 8 more lousy ounces and I'll be back into the overweight category ... so it's time to put the brakes on and remove these very unwelcome 10 pounds. I really liked how the 140s looked and felt - it's time to buckle down and get back there! |
150.8 this morning...I'm GOING to make the 140's before I go to Vegas next month! I need a 4 or 5 pound cushion to make up for the water weight I'll put on while there. :D

thanks, Becky - hoping it's down more tomorrow because I always have a 3 pound water gain from the weekend due to yummy food and a some cocktails. It's always gone by around Wednesday - I keep riding my bike in between so it seems to be a little less each time the water comes off. fingers crossed! :crossed:

Teeter tottering between 160.1 and 159.7. I'm not counting it as officially into the 150's yet. Hopefully tomorrow!

Olly, it's plenty close enough! 157.5 today. I figure I have about one more easy pound of bad-food-fluff to come off before the real work begins. I restrained myself to a normal person's dinner last night and the only unplanned item was the second glass of wine. The fat part of my brain rationalizes that I deserve it because the commutes have been so awful these last couple of days with the snow. :p I just need to get used to thinking in the weight loss frame again. |
150.8 again this morning! WTF! LOL. I weighed 151.0 last night before bed...how the **** did I only ditch .2 over night? I was hoping for at least a little lower...ah well. It's Friday, and I am going to eat pizza for dinner (2 slices of chicken bacon alfredo pizza is 580 calories), but AFTER I ride my bike and burn 500 of them first! I can only ride 11 miles tonight because it's going to be dark so I have to stick to the bike path and not ride on the streets at all. Tomorrow we're going to ride 25 - 30 :D :bike:

Today I'm doing a 24 hour pedal cart relay for charity. Should be lots of fun. Hopefully I will pedal more than I eat in the down time! |

New in 150s
This morning I weighed in on two sets of scales.. the first said 159lbs and the second said 162lbs!
I prefer the first so am officially jumping into this thread! |
157.8 but it's TOM and I just couldn't stop eating yesterday. Amazingly I ate things that were quite good. So I'm ok with that.

Held the line over the weekend at 157.5 so I'll call that a significant win. Thursday will be a challenge, of course! :happ3: I would love to be able to pick up where my ticker currently is by Thursday.
