I got hungry yesterday so I bought a bunch of veggies today: lettuce, cucumber, green beans, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower. Should hold me over and my husband and daughter like most of them, my son is pickier.
I also got almond milk and a different protein powder to try next week.
I need to go to the store. I picked up lettuce and steak the other day but I've basically got nothing else. I've been having steak salad everyday.
I'm definitely getting eggs, cauliflower, asparagus, avocado and nuts. I'll get some green peppers too. I love them cooked, hate them raw.
It all sounds yummy! I made an Asian pasta salad last night, it was good!
Cucumbers, bell peppers, green onions, carrots, whole wheat pasta, bok
choy, broccoli, ginger dressing. Yum! (we went to Costco yesterday so
had make a salad with what we got! I buy the English cucumbers, not
as bitter as the regular).

Awesome! If you don't buy junk at the store, then there's no risk of you eating junk at home. Last night I bought some vegetables, a sweet potato, and Beyond Meat chicken strips and made a spicy Thai curry stirfry. It was yummy.
