Question Feeling sick when eating first bites

Hi! I came here to share something strange that's been happening to me in the hopes that someone can help me understand it.

I've been feeling sick when i start a meal. I'll take the first bites and feel the food reaching my stomach and the moment it happens i feel nauseated. This goes on for 2 or 3 more bites and although i don't throw up, sometimes it feels awful. After those initial bites, the rest of the meal i feel ok, only a little weak from time to time for a few seconds, but nothing serious, really. I only feel this nausea when i eat something more substancial, so if i start my meal eating a green salad, i don't feel sick, but as soon as i have my first bite of anything other than salad, i get this. It happens at breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner, which is my least substantial meal.

I'm not diabetic. My hormones are fine. I am a vegetarian but i take b12 suplements and my iron is ok. I don't feel any pain. I exercise 6 days a week and eat enough to be satisfied. This only happens at the beginnings of my meals, but it's kinda scary because i had never felt it before. Any ideas?

Just thinking out loud here, hopefully you are not sick and will feel better soon-Gallbladder issues (common after weight loss)... Gastritis (irritation of the stomach lining)... Delayed gastric emptying (gastroparesis)... A scary one would be ovarian cancer, but I don't mean to scare you by any means, just make you aware that people who had this disease reported that symptom. If it continues, please get checked out. Hopefully this straightens out.

I have stomach issues, too much acid, and I get the same nausea. A lot of people will get heartburn with the acid coming up into the throat, I don't, I just get nauseous. Especially when I first start eating or in the morning when my stomach is empty. Oh, or eating meat will sometimes get me real nauseous, sometimes actually causing me to throw up.
If your symptoms continue, I'd definitely see a doctor. Ya, could be gallbladder, too.

I've made an appointment with a gastroeneterologist the next week. Hope it helps discovering why this is happening. I've been feeling diferent lately but don't know exactly how to explain all my symptoms because they all seem so random and maybe are just silly.
