Hi Everyone!

Flower @ the veggie popchips. DH thinks French Fries are veggies. I hope your had a good day. I love rich salmon like that. It does taste like butter. I don't get that very often.

Novangel You have done a great job with maintenance.

Kelijpa Great job at the baseball game.

Syckgirlsfv
Great job on your finals!

Ian Congrats on the 1.2 pounds.

CoolMom How many homeschoolers showed up at the amusement park? Are there quite a few people in your area who home school?

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening!

Thanks so much Diana3271 and kelijpa. Need all the support I can get on the job front and the weight loss front!! Trying so hard to be proactive in both areas. Juggling is not one of my biggest strengths, but practice makes perfect....right????

Had a big/important interview today. Met my boyfriend for lunch afterwards and he surprised me with an offer for a new phone case. He works for AT&T so it was nice to finally get the case I've been asking for a few weeks now. He's the best!!!! Was such a good day in many ways!!

Cocktails happened. Then, of course, a bowl of roasted veg and a slop of chili on top happened. Dam.it. That brings my day up to 2100 cals.

Diana, the amusement park was packed! We have a ton of homeschoolers. The activities are so much I have to pick and choose so we don't get overwhelmed with too much. Did you have a better day at work?

Fool4fotos, fingers crossed for your interview! I almost get nostalgic reading about your lunch with the boyfriend. Those dating days were exciting!

Thumbs up

Today was picture perfect outside so I went for a 40 minute jog. A lot of it was uphill so I got quite the workout but it was so gorgeous that I hardly noticed. If only everyday was this beautiful.

I had my Friday night cheat meal (buffalo wild wings) and now I'm back to eating rabbit food.

just got home from a 26 mile bike ride with DH - it was HOT I'm dead.

so far today:
B - mini babybel light and 1/2 package of Belvita
L - half chicken and jack cheese sandwich on wheat (from Ralphs during our bike ride, split it with DH and it was REALLY good and healthy)
dinner remains to be seen...I just burned in the neighborhood of 1000 calories

Up 0.8lbs to 169.8lbs. It was a hot day here as well which made my run hard. It will be cooler tomorrow.

Breakfast was sardines, medium stickleback, smoked oysters & a bowl of oats. Lunch was my usual with porgy, sardines, squid, mussels, smoked oysters and a crab cake.

Exercise was a 4.5 mile run before breakfast and 50 minutes weight training before lunch.

Hi Everyone!

Syckgirlsfv You have done an awesome job with your bike rides. Does your DH enjoy it, too?

Fool4fotos I agree. Keep working your projects (job interviews, weight loss, etc) and it will all come together for you.

CoolMom Yes, work was better. I went on and got some things going with a mechanics lien on one of the trucks. It's interesting, DH and I have been in business for almost 26 years. We have seen a lot of really bad times and really good times. This is the first time we have gone through this. Not just one but 2! The other customer didn't pick his truck up on Friday. I'm thinking Ford Motor Credit will probably pay our bill and repo the customer's truck. They already got all of our info so they can be prepared to send us a check. Chicken enchilada's sound delish!

Novangel Congrats on the great run!

Ian How long is your trip? Enjoy but stay safe.

Enchiladas did not go well. Two turned into four and it added up to over 1000 cals! That's two days in a row at 2200 cals. I'm also fighting the urge to eat all day...drinking lots of water to try and curb it.

Hello all, getting ready for bed, should be sleepy but I'm not.

Had dinner with the in laws no idea how much I ate, which is never good, tomorrow's a new day.

Did complete week 4 day 1 of c25k, wasn't sure if I would make it, proud to say I did! Ian I was thinking of how true it is when you say you can't worry about stuff when you feel like you feel like you're that close to dying...lol...safe travels!

Diana that does sound interesting, it's amazing how much goes on in the world we don't know is going on until we come across it for some reason. Hope it all works out well for you guys!

Goodnight all
