Weight loss and your period?
 

So, is it just me or does anyone else have obnoxious, hard to lose extra pounds that come up while on your period? My weight loss has been great each month, but then I have my period and it sets me back like 5 pounds even though I don't eat differently! Thankfully this time it was only 3 pounds but still.

And these regained "period pounds" as I like to call them are really hard to lose again. It makes me plateau for about a week or so.

Anyone else have this problem or know how to help it?

It's water weight and hormones. Just realize it will happen every month and don't worry about it. It means your body is functioning properly.
