THE DEPARTMENT IS ENCOURAGING CITIZENS TO REPORT ALL FOOD SEEN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD SO THAT WE, YOUR LOCAL FOOD POLICE OFFICERS, CAN KEEP AN EYE ON ITS WHEREABOUTS, MAKING SURE THAT NO EXTRA FOOD IS ALLOWED TO FORCE ITS WAY ONTO THE BODIES OF DECENT, HARDWORKING, WEIGHT WATCHING CITIZENS. WE LOVE OUR FOOD, OF COURSE, AND WISH NO HARM TO A HAIR ON ITS DELICIOUS HEAD(S). WE JUST WANT TO MAKE IT BEHAVE DURING THE DANGEROUS PERIOD OF THE WEEKEND!

    I picked at my sons fries, and I got a kiddie cone too !

    so add 278 Cal, and 12g fat to mine: 906 Cal. 35g fat. WWP: 19, but I will work off 2. so goal WWP : 17.


    oh! and with my dinner plan, I already entered it in fitday, so I HAVE to do it

    total will be: 1173 Cal, 39 G fat, 22 WWP.

    I will not screw this up ! ahh!

    Ididn't see this until Sat am. So far I have eaten Kellogs Fruit & Fibre with skimmed milk and to drink Orange & Cranberry juice diluted with water and 1 cup of tea.
    Like most people weekends are normally my worst time.

    Folks, we gotta be extra vigilante out there today. I've been hearing rumors (mostly inside my own head) that a rogue BAD (Bad Attitude Demon) has been seen in the neighborhood passing out SATURDAY DONUTS, DULCE DE LECHE AND POTATO CHIPS! If spotted, please report that bad boy to the Food Police and we'll take care of the situation!

    Hmmm, that said, I do plan on buying and eating ONE (or twoooooo? Nooooo!) Krispy Kreme this a.m. (that's a doughnut, for the benefit of those who live in non-Krispy Kreme areas, it is the CADILLAC of donuts!!!) I am bargaining with myself that if I do the gym, which I am resisting strongly, I will get the donut. We'll see how this plan goes!

    *Natural Peanut Butter with some of the separated oil poured off and 2 packets Splenda stirred in, refrigerated, this is less than the calories of the "unfixed" pb and tastes better, like the processed kind with trans fat and sugar, but I count as regular pb so I get a calorie control bonus!!!
