Yo!!!! My plan changed and I've worked out on my new software exactly what I will eat through dinner (will add some snacks at night and report back here). Please note that I KNOW this is not a healthy diet as there is NO produce here (none, zip, nada). I'm just trying to control calories at the moment. Will worry about nutrition later.
