A big shout out and :hug: to all the wonderful replies of support and advice aimed at my posts!! I feel like when I'm crouched over the iPad , tickets-tappety, that a cyber friend is on the other end waiting to receive it. Lol. Dieting or life style change eating is T.O.U.G.H. at first. But a little easier now. There's some things men and the dear ol' hubby doesn't quite understand about girly ways of processing dieting thinking and emotions. So.... I'm grateful I have my forum friends. Just saying a big thanks :woohoo: you guys are great x

I feel great about the support I've gotten here too. Honestly, I don't know if I'd have even tried to diet again if it wasn't for coming here and asking if I should just pack it in. The folks in the Maintainers Forum told me just what I needed to hear.
