Good lord, Ian. I would hope for 3k you got mighty drunk and then some. How many people?

I spent a hard hour at the gym to make up for days lost.

Syck, enjoy Vegas!!

mars and novangel thanks! I'm overly excited for my trip...probably because of all the hard work I put in at school before allowing myself to go. AND, knowing that I probably won't go again until next year

oh well.

BTW the breakfast burrito was FABULOUS! There was so many people there for those, that it took 50 minutes to get one!!! Worth it? YES. Mine was just egg, potatoes, and cheese...can't really say what it is that makes them so delicious, they just ARE. mmmmm. Ate 2/3 for breakfast and the other third just now for lunch, and we are off to ride the Griffith Park Bike Loop in a few.

Bye for now!!!

About 20-25 people novangel. It was fun! Up 3.2lbs today to 169lbs though. That's a big bounce. I have skipped a few bowel movements so I am guessing it's food weight.

I have organized another happy hour for next Thursday starting at lunch. I am hoping to see a "4" in the check!

Calories today will be about 1500. I've got a lot of "old" diet food lying around that I need to use up or waste it. My new plan is to go through it to save some money. I have got a lot of hummus which made me stall in the past. So I am going to portion it out slowly and use it instead of my daily kidney beans. I need to save some cash on food.

I'm feeling like I want to eat but staying strong so far.

Food-

Beef and fava bean stew with a fried egg over top
Coffee with milk

Beef and fava bean stew
Handful of chips and black bean dip

Total cals 1034. Nada exercise. Hubby brought home a giant piece of chocolate cake from a birthday party I had to miss for work. It would have put me way over on cals and I'd still be hungry later so I stuck it in the fridge. It's still in there, tempting me. A cooking show on TV was making me want to go out to eat and go hog wild. Ick!

CoolMom75, If you need to throw the cake in the trash, go ahead! And be sure to pour some dish soap on it!

Hi Everyone!

Sonickel Great job sticking to your plan!

Tyla Another way to look at it is that you have worked so hard for 9 days, do you want to undo all of that hard work. Either way you look at it, keep up the great work.

Ian Do you have very many distillery's in your area? We have a few here. Fire Fly Vodka is one that we have. I always hear about tours, etc that they are having here. I think it's a big tourist thing.

CoolMom How did the beef and fava bean stew turn out?

Mars Hang in there. Today is a new day and I hope it was a better one for you.

Syckgirlsfv I hope you have a wonderful Vegas trip. I also hope you win big.

Novangel Great job hitting the gym. Were you a member of Planet Fitness previously? I still haven't joined. I was looking at their website. They have some type of hydromassage tables there. I wonder if they are any good.

I'm waiting for one of the kids to eat it. Going grocery shopping now after planning the weeks dinners. That should keep me busy.

Interesting but not great. It filled me up but seriously lacking flavor, which might be because hubby made it and never seasons. At least it was low carb and low sodium.
