So close I don't want to mess this up.

Good luck all.
I've been in the 160s since late May. That is a long time, but I'm almost out of the 160s. Slow progress is still progress

I spent so much time in the 170s, I'm still pleased about the 160s even though it is taking a long time too. Hopefully not as long, though.

felt super confident that I could make it to 162-161 this week but I'm stalling at 163. I think I'll drop the expectations and see where that leads me! Also dreading TOM next week...sigh.

Hey everyone!! I'm not sure if I posted last week, I think maybe not. Anyway, I am at 162 after 1.5lbs lost over the last two weeks, which is good, but the best bit is that I reached OVER 100 POUNDS LOST!!!!

Can't quite believe it myself!!

Zoe, I'm sure you'll be outta here in no time! I've been in the 160s two months, hoping to be out within the next few weeks, before Halloween anyway!

What you say is true Koshka, small losses are still better than what I was doing before I started, and everything is going in the right direction now!!

How is everyone?!

Congratulations on the 100 pounds, Jenny! That is an incredible milestone. You're almost to goal! Woot!

167.8 for me today. No change pretty much.

Jenny!! Congrats!!
I hope you did something to celebrate!!! You're a huge inspiration and motivation

I'm in the middle of midterms at school so I have to say that I haven't been getting as much sleep as the last few weeks. I'm eating okay but it's not the best I've done, haha!
I'm still hovering between 163.4-163.8 and it's a little annoying, I have to admit! The plan for this week is to drink a lot of water since TOM is coming for a visit next week!

Take care everyone!!

I just want to say that I'm HERE! I weighed in at 169.5 two days in a row. I think I'm finally staying in the 160's for a while. I was in the 170's thread for a long while, then went up to 183 in July and I was just so depressed about it. Now for the next 10 pounds by the Thanksgiving! Even better, my BMI went from obese to overweight. I've never been happier about being overweight! Can't wait to move on to the next phase. Keep the momentum going!

Thank you CoolMom and muguet!! It was a big moment!!! Now the last 20 lbs or so seems at the same time like nothing in comparison, but also I have a feeling it will be the longest slowest hardest part!! I wasn't sure how to celebrate as I didn't want it to be something food based, but my husband was one step ahead and bought us spa daytrips, and my sister had the kids. Neither of us are very into spa things and we were laughing a lot and playing around, but it was so relaxing, and the massage was incredible. It was also nice to spend the day with him and be pampered, and we requested healthy snacks so it was all exotic fruit and amazing food but all healthy.

Hope your mid terms are going well muguet - remember sleep is important for weight loss so that and water should help once you are over the exams!

Welcome seaurchin!!

I lost 0.8lbs this week so I am edging closer to 20lbs left to lose...it's hard to predict when I want to be finished by, but the end of the year would be incredible!! Fingers crossed!!

Been bouncing between 166-168 for a month. I saw 165.5 once, and then never again. Very frustrating! I am rededicating to food reduction and choices and pumping it up a bit more at the gym. Really want to get to 165 in the next ten days before leaving for an overseas trip! I was 167.7 this morning, so I am hoping that it will be possible even though it has been so elusive. I think my water intake has been a bit less than usual - could this have this much of an impact?

Jenny, what an amazing idea your husband had!! It's super important to treat yourself and a spa sounds perfect!!
I'm finally done with midterms and in the middle of it got a bad fever and my weight dropped down to 162.4. I'm up to 162.8 today due to TOM but hopefully it won't go any higher since I haven't been losing anything for the past two weeks. I hope I can get to 160 or 159 by the end of the month!!

Water really makes a difference for me! I tend to bloat easily so maybe try herbal tea. It's my favourite solution for bloating and it's been working super well! Chamomile is my favourite.
Also, I feel that if you're really being attentive to your calories, just one day of eating a little more than usual regulates your water retention. That's why sometimes you lose weight after a binge and it just doesn't make sense! Not saying you should binge, but maybe your body needs a little break
