Yup, I agree. I get it if you are eating 900 calories of All-Bran, but even on a whole foods diet, I would need more to feel full. I think that switching to a more whole foods/fibrous high volume/lower calorie diet helps to achieve satiety while eating less (the amount of soft fluffy rolls and cookies I can inhale compared to Crisp Bread and broccoli is big) and maybe its because I have an elastic tummy due to weight loss, but I still need to eat at least at my BMR to feel satiety.
