This is big I think - tides are turning
 

First, I was mad that the doctor's office didn't get me my synthroid medication ordered. Me? Mad about it? After avoiding taking it for 9 months?

Second, I was thrilled to get the call that they sent the pharmacy the prescription.

And they called while I was out shopping. Shopping for what? Fitness clothes. I needed a new sports bra that will fit me (donated the too big ones eons ago) and picked up a couple fitness outfits. I will practically live in them, so they are worth their cost (and I got them from the clearance rack).

I was excited to buy fitness gear. (Though not so excited that I have to buy such big sizes again).

And... I wanted to eat low carb and "under control" today after being WILDLY out of control for months.

A flip has switched back on people.. This is HUGE. I don't know if it's spring coming or using the therapeutic light for Seasonal Affect Disorder is working. I don't care why, just glad it's happening... I'm truly getting out of this HORRIBLE funk - depression that I was in for months and months.

Today I was even making plans for stuff to do in the house, with my son's school, etc. FINALLY.

It feels good to be in control.
