Thanks everyone for your replies. I have not started any formal exercise yet. I do plan on starting walking again....!
I feel like my weight is not moving as quickly as I thought it would be. I feel like it is now at a standstill.
My typical menu is
Breakfast: oatmeal & yogurt 250c
Lunch: soup and cottage cheese with pineapple 225c
Snack: tea with honey, rice cake with hummus 110c
Supper: shrimp with rice and lots of veggies
I have to admit my water drinking has slowed down because I am always cold and I work out of my basement and it is always chilly down there.
Could not drinking enough water be a problem also?
I also eat salad with veggies and tuna a lot.
