hi all

I have a couple water pounds hanging on from the weekend...but it's coming off. lost one since yesterday, two to go! I had a couple cocktails this weekend, and a church bbq, so I knew this would happen. NO biggie! Got an accounting final tonight so I am about to study a little.

make it 1 water pound! I was a bit plugged up over the last few days and now I'm not (TMI yes I know) so even though I ate breakfast and had coffee I am weighing 153 as of a few minutes ago. YES. I'm getting out of here if I can help it, sooner rather than later!!!

Can I just say "aaaaaaaaaaggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh!!!" Need to vent having pms moment. I'm at 156.6 today which is good. I had a casserole last night. They are so hard to figure out calories that I just try to guess a reasonable portion size.

153 again this morning - I'm hoping the water pound will be gone by tomorrow so that I can concentrate on getting below 152. It's time.

Hey guys!

I'm still alive and still around. It's just that school is kicking my butt right now, big time. More than ever before. No time for anything, really. So for the past few weeks losing weight kind of slipped to the backburner. I still managed to stay within my calories (for the most part, anyway), but the exercise part of it? Nothing to write home about. Nonexistent. Ugh.

Butbutbutbut, the school situation won't change, not before March. I'll just have to find a way to still keep on track, with every single project
In the meantime I've worked out a compromise between me and myself: I'll make time for exercise (and coming back here for accountability and all that ) but I'll take a break from weighing myself for the month of September. Just to take the "pressure" off for a bit, until I've settled into some sort of routine.
So this is where things are at right now.

@ hiddenstar - Thanks for looking up what "a knob of butter" is!
(I haven't even gotten around to trying the recipe
I'll report back as soon as I do, though. Jente vs. the parsnips, round 2 )

Jentelsving - sounds like you got a good plan worked out. Hope it goes well.

158.6 today pms won yesterday's battle. I ended up over eating. But that ok, I got to keep moving forward. Pms might get win one day but I plan to win the next 29 or so.

here's some for everyone. Probably can use some myself.

Syckgirlsfv - congrats on your new low.

158.0. I'm hoping that it is tom just messing with me and is water weight.

Syckgirl- your almost outta here. Good luck!

Hiddenstar- it probably is jus water. I have that problem around TOM sometimes myself.

So my weight on Saturday was 155.6 I think, may have been 155.4. That's not a big enough difference to worry about but, next time I need to remember to record it so I don't forget. I was kind of disappointed considering I was stuck in the bathroom constantly most days tinkling almost every 20 mins. Surely that was worth more than 0.4lb. I was miserable having to run like that, and all for not even half a measly lb. I know it's ungrateful but it was truly inconvenient. Sorry for the mini rant.

156.4 back to where I was before Tom. I was hoping for a whoosh but guess I didn't get it this time. Got to keep moving forward (or downward )

155.8. I'm closing in on my summer low of 154. Hope to at least reach it this month and then to break it. Went to gym today and got a good workout. My renewal is coming up so I'm going to start checking out other gyms next week. Now that I know what I'm doing and what I enjoy.
