morning ladies!!!

water gain this morning was only a pound - I call victory!! We'll see what happens tomorrow morning, but I only had a couple little drinks last night (something called vita frute that is only 30 proof and 125 calories for 3 ounces. Really tasty and light over ice, then DH got vodka and I had one shot, and later I had a Wyder's pear cider that was 140 cals) - I also went to the gym yesterday and did biceps and shoulders, then burned 230 calories on the air trainer and sweated buckets! I know that helped! Dinner was a grilled filet mignon w/sauteed mushrooms and a bbq ranch salad.

I think I did good, and will eat pretty clean all week until Friday. Today after work we are riding another 20 miles hopefully...depends on when I get home but it will be at least 16.

Hi ladies!

Just a very quick visit while I'm waiting for dinner to be ready (fish with ratatouille, rice and salad).

Weight-wise nothing much has changed, I'm down to 156.4, so hardly worth mentioning. What has changed, though, is my height
Turns out I'm not 5'5'' like I'd always thought. Someone somewhere down the line must have made a mistake when they measured me. So I got remeasured today and I am now *big drumroll* .... 5' 3'' (and 25/32 or something)
Huh! Okay. So that means my BMI is still somewhere in the 27. something bracket. Which is... actually not that bad considering that it once was *gulp* over 50
And I guess that also means that I maybe, just maybe could reach the "healthy weight" category this fall!

So there, I have a new height and a new mini goal

Okay, dinner's ready (and I'll quit rambling now )

@Pinkhippie - Welcome to the 150's!

so funny, I'm having fish and ratatouille also tonight! Not sure about the side dish yet.
Must be weird to be a different height all of a sudden LOL!
I'm always making jokes about having my shins done... you know, to be taller. I'm only 5'1"

This was the first time I have tried fish with ratatouille - and it's definitely going on the menu more often now; delicious!

Haha, yeah, for some reason this height business just cracks me up
I guess so many things have changed (mostly for the better) over these past two years that... I don't know, it just feels "appropriate" that my height would change, too
Having your shins done to get taller? That was one of my reveries when I was a teen
(I have always been on the shorter side and while all my friends had those famous growth spurts, I... um, well, looks like everything in my life goes "slow and steady" )

I'm struggling to stay on plan. I'm over my calories for the day. It's still early and I'm starving. Not sure what to do. Might have to work my down to reduce calories again.

Even though I over ate yesterday, the scale is down to 158.2. I did get my water in which probably helped. I'm still having hunger issues so hard to return after vacation. I am really sore after working out and I went light on the activities

Save some for me!

I'm actually doing a fun dinner tonight- POTACOS! You make a taco with the fixings (I use ground turkey with some seasoning, lettuce, shredded cheese, and low fat sour cream) then put a dollop of mashed potatoes on top. Wah-lah! A potaco! Best college creation ever.

Okay, change of plan! I'll come over to your place, I want a potaco
Would you believe that I've never had a taco in my entire life?

Rode 20.5 miles yesterday, and going to do it again after work. DH ordered pizza and hot wings so it's a good thing we're riding!!!

157.2 down a little more and got to gym today. However, I'm still munching like crazy. I don't know why I'm having such difficulties.
