Your original plan sounds fine - sometimes what works for us in the long-term isn't the ultimate plan, but something that gives us enough nutrients and correct calorie amts for our goal weights. I would just stick with it for a few weeks and see if its something that you want to continue with, or tweak.

Thank you for your help guys! I somehow skipped lunch yesterday as I was super busy and for dinner had egg & tuna salad with 10 oz of white Chardonnay....and 2 lb dawn over night!:carrot: I know its water , but I am happy any ways!
