I started working out in Jan. 2013 and watching my diet, and I began 5:2 in August and have been gradually increasing my workouts. Since starting 5:2 I've been losing on average one pound a week since (gained a bit over the holidays!). I'm not really sure what's happened these past few weeks, but my loss has been REALLY awesome, almost 8 pounds this month. I am thrilled. |
