I have a pair of jeans in a size 8 that I would love to wear! I've been a size 10 forever...gains, losses, all in a size 10 - they just fit differently in the 150's. But I do want to be a solid size 8 so I will just keep on keepin' on. We all will!

Going out to dinner tomorrow night with the pastor's wife and some other church ladies - we are going to see the movie God is NOT Dead at 8:00 pm. We may very likely eat at the Cheesecake Factory like we did last time we went to a movie so I pray Dear Lord please keep me in check and don't let me eat too terribly

Lol. My pair of jeans are a size 8 also. It would be fun to reach that together. I plan to try them on every Saturday.

Cheesecake factory sounds dangerous and so yummy. There portions are so large. Have you gone to their website and checked calories on different meals. I found that helps me.

Yay I had another drop. I sure hope this continues cuz I lost nothing in April.

Today, I went to gym. Did some weights then did the elliptical for 45 mins. Came home ate lunch and mowed the yard. Hopefully, that was enough exercise to keep the body losing.

hiddenstar wow but you are 2 inches taller than me...you will look positively SKINNY in those 8's!

The danger for me at Cheesecake Factory is never food...I eat off of the skinnylicious menu always. Everything is under 600 calories. The danger is the CHEESECAKE S'mores is my fav, along with banana cream and peanut butter chocolate. The good thing is that I get it to go and split it with DH when I get home. He thinks I'm being nice but really it's for my benefit! LOL I would still share with him anyway.

My lunch is a potato (baked) with cottage cheese in it. That's it. I'm preparing for later

Ahhhh!!! Your really testing my will power. Banana cream and peanut butter choc are my favs. Your lucky to be able to share with dh. My dh is diabetic with very little willpower. So whenever there is a sugary dessert. My kids and i need to eat it up fast or hide it before he finds it.

hiddenstar and Syckgirlsfv, I'll let you know when I purchase a pair. I'm probably going to the thrift store to get them.

their portions are big. The last time I went I shared with my daughter and her husband and the food in the one we went to wasn't that great, the seasoning was off. I don't eat cheesecake so that's not a problem and I drank 3 of glasses of water so I did well

hiddenstar I always counted mowing the lawn as a workout. It was surely enough cardio for me

Syckgirlsfv, .2 is water as you well know it'll be gone at the blink of an eye

I walked around the mall with my children then we went to McDonald's and I had a cone. I have been bloated all day, which doesn't feel good at all. I hope the cone doesn't do me in. I get so worried when I eat Off Plan late

hiddenstar good job on the .2

Well just as I all way do I am up 2lbs ... I didn't over eat but I didn't do any real cardio IMO but mapmywalk gave my mall walking a burn so I took it. I was quite bloated yesterday and the night before and I'm still bloated. I am not sure if TOM is coming or not I never know.

The movie was beyond good, it was FABULOUS! Loved it! Go see!
no change in the scale today, which is actually a victory since I ate out. Didn't go to Cheesecake Factory (too crowded at 8:00 pm!) but went to a very nice Mexican restaurant called Frida - and I had a chicken tostada salad which was SO GOOD. I was sure the scale would be up and that I would be crushed - but NO So today I'll either go to the gym or do a long walk or ride, but I also have to study for my midterms and I 'should' clean the house a little...

Syckgirlsfv - glad to hear movie was good and that you did well eating at Cheesecake factory.

I did not have as much luck. Dh took me to Texas roadhouse last night. I kept my eating within calories - had a 6 oz sirloin. But they probably use alot of salt. I felt dehydrated afterwards and started drinking lots of water. So even though discouraging, i'm sure it's water weight.

On the one good side, I take my measurement every few weeks. My thighs are down .5 inches.

aaaaaanddddddddddd,, A month or two ago i had a huge fight with my husband because he wld always bring me food gifts and id ruin my plan for the day. i posted this on 3FC and got really good advice on how to deal with the issue. i sat down with my husband and had a talk with him about this issue. He said he understood. And guess what people,, he just came back from a trip last night and did not bring me food related gifts, rather, HE GOT ME A FITBIT FLEX!!!!!!!! im sooooooooooooo happy and excited and cannot wait to use my new fitness band..i just set it up and will be tracking my steps and all other activities... he really understands my struggles now and supports me a lot,,, thank you all for the great advice i always get from 3 Fat Chicks!!! love you guys!!!

hiddenstar, I'm dealing with water weight right now also, so annoying whether we know it's gonna go away or not thank goodness for measurements. I'm going to take mine when I get rid of this bloat

Wow hamlette that's great ... that made my day I wish my husband would get that hint. I've been saying it for almost a 1.5 years . I should just buy my own when I have/get the money huh

Had a couple of off days and only did walking in the mall both days and the app I was using wasn't tracking correctly so I went back to Nike+ ... hoping to see a nice weigh in tomorrow
