Wooshing this week. Now, that's only 3 pounds total for the month. I'd be thrilled for a whoosh next week of 2 pounds. Then I'd just need another woosh of 3 to get out of the 160s and 7 more for the month. I dunno how I'mma do that, but I am determined to make next month better than this month's so far 3 pounds.

I didn't do any exercise yesterday, either. DH simply did not want to, he wanted to take a day off. Which is good, as you are supposed to do that. I went in to L.A. last night to meet my classmates from accounting to work on our homework and start working on the framework for our group project. We went to the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf - one I've never been to. I liked it because it has a big outdoor patio with free wifi and LOTS of parking. Parking is a huge plus in L.A.!!! It's only 6 miles from my house so that was also better than going to campus, which is 12.5 miles one way. Campus is only open until 2 on Saturdays anyway.

3 days until the month is over! I may not hit 160 but I'm gonna try like **** If not, I hope to be at least another pound closer. I'll reset my goal on May 1st in any case. I will not stop trying!

So I am determined to lose 2 more this week.

And then on to a whopping 10 for May. I dunno how. I'm just going to make my body do it at least for just this month. Then if it wants to slow back down to a pound a week, fine. But in May, I'm seeing the 150s.

I've had a gain everyday since the 24th. I am up 2.6lbs total but I am gonna do the 5:2 diet today and see if I can get the scale to move down. Hope it works so I can see a loss by the end of April

Syckgirlsfv, it's when you eat your regular calories for 5 days and for 2 alternate days you eat 500 calories. The recipes are pretty good, and Jacqueline Whitehart is the author of the book. I need to read up on it also. I don't know how I came up on it but since I have pigged out this past week I figure eating low cal/carb today would help. Hope it does I also went to the gym finally so that should help also

So, I had a wonderful day y'day until evening. I ate grilled pork and kilos of peanuts. No wonder I woke up this morning with a +.4 I was just dyiiiiiiiiiing to have that grilled pork. I was keeping so much focus on that 163 and I thought I was going to be stronger than my craving! But once again FOOD WON .
I have loads of cleaning and a long journey to do today. Let's hope I'll be able to burn some of it and stay on track.

Another week starting. STRESSED BEYOND MEASURE. I've started the day eating anyhow to respond to stress and impromptu problems assailing me left, right, up and down. God, please give me the strength to go through this day.
Sometimes I feel like I NEED TO MOVE TO ANOTHER PLANET ALTOGETHER TO BE ABLE TO LOSE WEIGHT! UGH!!!!!!

After eating like a pig the first half of the day, I'm drinking loads of water now. Let's see if that works for tomorow, the last but one day to the end of the restart challenge!

thirti4thirty, give that 5:2 diet a shot tomorrow. It definitely worked. I talked to a lady that does a fast each week and she doesn't recommend I do it again today but it did work. I ate 539 calories, 33 carbs and 60 protein. Today I will eat my norm of 1338 and hopefully my body will cooperate on the 30th.

up .4...no real reason for it. Just hormones I guess. No reason to panic I did walk 5 miles yesterday with the DH, so even though I burned around 450+ calories the water might be in my muscles a little. I'll live.
